The Certificate in Spiritual Formation is a challenging one-year program that equips Christ-followers from every walk of life with practical skills, leadership training, biblical knowledge, and personal spiritual formation to guide others in the process of becoming all that God created them to be.

We are equipping a new generation of transformational leaders to guide individuals who are hungry for the reality of God in their lives.

PREREQUISITES:

Humility:  You must go through Theodyssey as a participant. You cannot lead others down a path you have not gone yourself. Learn more about Joining a Group.

Authenticity:  You must be open, and desire, God’s continuing transformative work in your own life. Often your greatest spiritual growth happens while guiding others.

Others-focused:  You must have a deep burden to see others experience the freedom and joy that can only be found in Jesus.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Spiritual Formation: Grow as a whole person in the likeness of Christ.

Leadership Training: Learn to facilitate a small group and direct others in their spiritual journey.

Clarity: Develop a plan for how to utilize your passion, experience, and training to bring the transformative power of Christ into your own culture and community.

Ongoing Development: Accessible, practical, in-depth leadership training through retreats, workshops, and online interaction.
